In my twenty years of experience as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney, I have handled thousands of criminal cases, ranging from 2nd Degree Misdemeanors all the way to Capital Felonies, including Driving Under the Influence (DUI) cases, Domestic Violence cases, Drug cases, Sex Crimes, and Homicides.

I have now opened my own practice dedicated to representing people in Volusia and Seminole counties and other Central Florida areas charged with a criminal offense.  I am licensed to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Florida.  As a former prosecutor, I understand how criminal charges are reviewed by the State Attorney’s Office, including what they look for to reduce or even dismiss a case. I use these skills and experience to provide my clients with an insightful defense strategy to prepare and defend their cases.
