•1st Degree Misdemeanor - Twelve (12) months in jail & a $1,000.00 fine.
•3rd Degree Felony - Five (5) years prison & a $5,000.00 fine.
•2nd Degree Felony - Fifteen (15) years in prison & a $10,000.00 fine.
•1st Degree Felony - Thirty (30) years in prison & a $25,000.00 fine.
•Capital Offense - The Death Penalty
